Haven't Received Tracking?
Tracking emails are sent as soon as your order ships. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you haven't received tracking information:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Search your inbox for "Planet 5" or "shipping"
3. If still missing, contact us with your order number
Delivery Tips
Signature Required: Framed prints and large orders may require a signature. If you won't be available, consider having your order shipped to a workplace or a neighbor who can sign.
Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, document it before opening and contact us immediately.
International Orders: Customs processing can add time to delivery. You may be contacted by your local customs authority regarding duties or taxes before delivery.
