All Planet 5 prints are museum-quality archival pigment prints on Hahnemühle fine art papers. Open edition prints use Photo Rag 308gsm, the industry standard for fine art photography. Limited edition and Fifth Element prints use German Etching 350gsm, featuring a distinctive embossed texture for collectors who appreciate tactile luxury.

Both papers are 100% cotton, acid-free with 200+ year archival ratings. Each print is individually inspected for quality before shipping.

We offer five sizes for standard images: Explorer (12×18"), Hero (16×24"), Legacy (20×30"), Summit (24×36"), and Monument (30×40" or larger). Panoramic images are available in four sizes optimized for their unique aspect ratios.

Each print is available unframed or with museum-quality framing in White or Black finishes. All frames include UV-protective acrylic glazing to preserve your artwork for generations.

Framed prints arrive ready to hang with professional mounting hardware included.

Select images are offered as limited editions, clearly labeled in the gallery. Each limited edition print is individually numbered and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the photographer.

Fifth Element collection pieces are ultra-limited to just 5 prints worldwide (numbered I through V). Once any edition sells out, it will never be reprinted. Limited editions are printed on premium Hahnemühle German Etching 350gsm paper for collectors who appreciate tactile luxury.

Museum-quality printing requires 5-7 business days. Each print is individually produced using archival processes to ensure exceptional quality and longevity.

Rush production (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Contact us for expedited options.

Guardian Members: Free shipping on all domestic US orders, regardless of size or quantity.

Non-Members: $19.95 flat rate for standard sizes (Explorer through Legacy). Oversized prints (30×40" and larger, framed) may incur an additional shipping fee due to specialized packaging requirements.

International: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Customer is responsible for any customs duties or VAT.

Domestic US: 5-7 business days via FedEx or UPS after production completes. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2-3 weeks.

International: 2-4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Holiday Season (November 15 - January 5): Please add 3-5 business days to all estimates due to carrier volume.

Unframed prints ship flat in rigid mailers with acid-free tissue interleaving. Framed prints ship in custom-built wooden crates with corner protectors and foam padding.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account portal. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Lifetime memberships are non-refundable but never expire.

We want you to love your art. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. We'll provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders.

If your print arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll ship a replacement right away at no cost.

You don't need to return the damaged print. Simply recycle it or dispose of it as you see fit.

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. Use the tracking number with the carrier (FedEx or UPS) to monitor delivery progress.
