All domestic orders ship via FedEx or UPS with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after production completes.

From order placement to doorstep delivery, expect approximately 2-3 weeks for most orders. This includes production time (5-7 days) plus shipping time (5-7 days).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Packaging & Handling

We take extraordinary care in packaging your artwork:

Unframed Prints

Ship flat in rigid mailers with acid-free tissue interleaving. Multiple protective layers prevent bending, moisture damage, and surface abrasion.

Framed Prints

Ship in custom-built wooden crates with corner protectors, foam padding, and kraft paper wrapping. Each frame is suspended within the crate to prevent transit damage.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your art. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund or exchange.

Conditions: Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. We'll provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll ship a replacement right away at no cost.

You don't need to return the damaged print. Simply recycle it or dispose of it as you see fit.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll expedite the correct piece and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom commission pieces
• Fifth Element collection pieces (contact us for special circumstances)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your delivery progress through the carrier's website (FedEx or UPS).
